I had the pleaseure of working with Alex and Deri over several months as it took longer than usual for my house in the Interior to sell. Alex showed a grest deal of patience and knowledge in showing me severla homes over this long period. And when it came to actually buying he ensured that all of my concerns were addressed efficiently and also in manner that made me feel comfortable with my purchase. We retained Deri as our realtor in April 2010. We were on a tight schedule and wanted to look at upwards of 20 homes over a 4 day period. Deri was very accommodating and responsive to our needs (and whims). His experience and knowledge of the LMD real estate market is tremendous, likewise his professionalism and class as an individual.            I am writing to express my appreciation for the work you did in finding me a home.  You were very patient with my pickiness and accommodating my schedule and needs.  As you know, I started off not wanting to commit to using a real estate agent, however, your helpfulness and pleasant demeanor swayed me. With the quick turnover of available properties, your ability to get information on new listings long before I could on the net was indeed most helpful. I was fortunate that you were able to get me in to what turned out to be the ‘perfect place’ for me before it went ‘public’.  I was impressed by your negotiating a quick and suitable offer and the subsequent follow up. I thank you for all your advice throughout.  I am still unpacking and I swear I am NEVER moving again, but if I do find myself wanting a different place, you will be the first person I call.

          Our dealings with Alex Jopson found him to be extremely professional, prompt and knowledgeable. We have dealt with real estate agents in the past who did not return calls, did not make you feel important, and did not conduct themselves in a professional manner. Alex was outstanding in all those areas.  I don’t think we had to wait more than five minutes for him to return any of our calls.  We told him what we wanted and needed in a home, we gave him our price range and within one day he had a large list of properties ready.  He even pointed out the property we ended up buying as meeting our criteria. He was very thorough in examining the strata regulations and even sought legal advice free of charge to us when there was an issue that wasn’t entirely clear.  This was a great example of someone going over and above what is required of them.  Through out the whole process he kept us well informed, he explained complicated issues to us in a manner that was easy to understand.  To top it off he is a genuinely nice guy who is pleasant to deal with. I can say without a doubt we will continue to us Alex Jopson and have already recommended him to friends and family.
